福建省“示范性”高职院校规模效率研究--基于社会服务能力视角

摘　　要：为研究福建省"示范性"高职院校的规模绩效,建立涵盖经费规模和教学条件规模的投入指标体系以及科研成果等社会服务能力规模的产出指标体系,在横向和纵向定量研究福建省高职院校规模变化的基础上,进行基于SUPER-SBM模型的"投入产出"规模效率分析。分析结果显示:福建省高职院校无论是在规模还是在效率方面都取得了显著提升。In order to study the scale performance of model vocational colleges in Fujian province,to establish both an input indicators system covering funds scale and teaching conditions scale and an output indicators system of social service ability including scientific research,an analysis on input-output scale effiency has been carried out.The analysis,making use of SUPER-SBM,is based on horizontal and vertical quantitative research on the scale changes of vocational colleges in Fujian province.The results show that significant improvements in both scale and efficiency have been achieved in the vocational colleges in Fujian Province.
