摘　　要：称谓语是在人类社会中用来对特定人际关系和身份角色的称呼。它是社会地位、社会关系的标志,在一定程度上反映了社会的文化和思维以及交际方式。但是,由于语言、文化背景和社会结构的差异,英汉称谓语之间存在着明显的差异。在这篇文章中,我们将详细地讨论家庭称谓的异同。Appellation is a sign of social status and social relations to certain relationships and roles in human society.It reflects the social cultur e and the w ay of thinking and c ommunication.Owing to different languages,cultural backgrounds and social structures,there are a lot of differences between English and Chinese appellation.In this paper,we will talk about these differences in terms of family appellation briefly.
