科技社团促进公众理解科学的途径探讨

摘　　要：科技社团在建立公众理解科学的沟通机制上有历史传统以及现实需求,并有人才、智力资源优势和独特的组织优势。但科技社团在推动公众理解科学的过程中也面临着组织保障、政策保障不够完善,专业人力相对不足等挑战。科技社团应确立科学家的责任意识,建立评价激励机制,促进科学家积极参与公众理解科学活动,并提升科学家沟通能力,打造专门人才队伍。科技社团还应善用政策机制、市场机制,顺应信息时代潮流,把握发展机遇。Historical tradition and realistic needs urgent sci-tech associations to promote public understanding of scientific communication.Sci-tech associations have the advantages of talent,intellectual resources,and unique organizational mechanisms to do that.In the process of promoting the public understanding of science,sci-tech associations are also faced with challenges such as inadequate organizational guarantee,inadequate policy support and relatively inadequate human resource.Sci-tech associations should emphasize the responsibility of scientists,establish evaluation and incentive mechanisms,promote scientists to actively participate in public understanding of scientific activities,and enhance the scientists’ability of communication,and create a group of high-qualified talent.Sci-tech associations should also make good use of the policy mechanism and market mechanism,conform to the trend of the information age and seize the opportunities for development.
