摘 要:随着大健康时代的到来,健康理念、产业形态、医疗模式、行业标准等均发生了相应的变化,对健康人才的能力结构提出了新的要求。大健康产业需要更多的服务型、知识复合型、创新型、实践型的从业人员。中医药人才的培养模式尚未发生及时转变,导致高校培养的中医药专业人才相对过剩,与现阶段健康产业发展相匹配的人才短缺。针对健康产业的人才需求特点,中医药院校的人才培养改革路径应该遵循教育思想职业化、培养目标市场化、培养模式社会化、教学方式实践化、评估方式企业化的方向,从管理模式、教师资源、课程内容、教学手段等方面进行改革,以构建服务于大健康产业的人才培养体系。With the arrival of the era of big health,the health concept,industrial form,medical model and industry standards have all changed accordingly,and the new requirements for the ability of healthy talents have been put forward.The big health industry needs more service types,knowledge complex,innovative and practical practitioners.The pattern of professionals’cultivation of Chinese medicine has not been changed in a timely manner,resulting in the relative surplus of Traditional Chinese Medicine professionals trained in universities,but it is short of professionals that match the development of health industry at this stage.According to the characteristics of health industry professional demand of the reform path of cultivating professionals in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine should follow professional education thought socialization and marketization of training target,cultivate the mode socialization,practice of teaching style,evaluate ways to be entrepreneurial.From the management pattern,teacher resources,curriculum content and teaching method reform,building a service in the big health industry personnel training system.
