将诊所管理课程纳入口腔医学本科教育的探讨

摘　　要：随着我国医疗体制的不断改革,私营口腔医疗诊所的迅速崛起,社会对口腔医生需求的日益增长,培养面向社区、诊所的口腔医学人才已成为一大趋势。本文论述了将诊所管理课程纳入口腔医学本科教育的必要性,开设目的和原则,以及主要课程内容,旨在引导口腔本科生早期形成多样化的职业生涯规划并添补现今国内口腔医学本科课程中口腔诊所经营管理的空缺。It has become a trend to train undergraduates of stomatology for the demand of community and dental clinics since the continuous reform of China’s medical system,the rapid rise of private dental clinics and the ever-increasing demand for the dentists in society.This paper has elucidated the necessity,purposes and principles of incorporating the clinic management curriculum into undergraduate education of Oral Medicine,as well as the main course contents.The aims are not only to guide undergraduates to establish diversified career plans from an early stage,but also to fill the vacancies in this area once clinic management China.becomes a portion of undergraduate education for dental students in
