摘 要:为了提高中小学体育教师撰写教学设计的能力,规范中小学体育教学设计的格式,采用文献研究、访谈法、归纳统计、逻辑分析等对2013年至2016年福建省基础教育万名骨干教师(体育学科)和福建省两届的中小学教师基本功大赛中参赛教师的教学设计能力进行了调查研究。研究显示:通过研究发现大部分中小学体育教师不但在教学设计的结构上还不够规范,各个教学也还存在要素之间的逻辑顺序混乱,无论是从课标精神的理解不够深刻或现代教育理念的渗透不足,还是从创新思维、设计技巧等方面来看都较为欠缺。研究认为;梳理出规范的教学设计格式要素,以及要素之间的逻辑关系,为促进体育教师教学设计能力提升创造专业的方法等。In order to improve the writing teaching design ability and standardize the teaching design format of the primary and secondary school P.E.teachers,this paper researches the teaching design ability of the basic education(P.E.)of thousands of backbone teachers and two terms of primary and secondary school teachers,basic skills contest from 2013 to 2016 in Fujian province by the methods of literature study,interview,inductive statistics and logic analysis.The results show that most of the primary and secondary school P.E.teachers,teaching design is not enough specification,also the logical order between teaching elements is more disorderly,and the understand of lesson mark、the penetration of modern education concept、innovative thinking and design skills are shortcoming.The research suggests that combing the standard format of instructional design elements and the logical relationship between elements can promote P.E.teachers teaching design ability and improve the professional way.
