摘 要:为了研究带挤压油膜阻尼器的转子系统其非线性振动在Bode图中的响应,建立了挤压油膜阻尼器与转子系统的耦合动力学模型。结合庞加莱图、分岔图、频谱图以及轴心轨迹图等,开展研究。结果表明,转子系统在接近二阶临界转速时,转子振幅明显增加,转子系统进入非协调进动状态,此时在Bode图上表现为"双峰值"现象。通过改变油膜间隙或者滑油粘度,可以改变转子系统非协调进动转速的范围,但是在Bode图上的双峰值现象仍然比较明显。而采用带浮动环的挤压油膜阻尼器,不但可以有效地抑制转子系统的非协调进动响应,而且在Bode图使得转子系统的二阶临界转速处振动幅值明显减小,"双峰值"现象消失。To study of nonlinear vibration of rotor system with squeeze filmdamper of response in the Bode diagram,a dynamic model of a rotor system with squeeze film damper is established.Develop simulation study by combination of bifurcation diagrams、spectrogram、Poincar佴diagrams and chart of axes track.It showed that,when rotor system close to the second critical speed,the rotor amplitude is increasing obviously,and rotor system into non-synchronous,and it present'double peak value’in the Bode diagram.the range of rotating speed of non-synchronous of rotor system can be change by change oil viscosity or Film clearance,but the double peak value’is still obvious.The floating-ring squeeze film damper has been adopted,not only can inhibit non-synchronous of rotor system effectively,but also can decrease amplitude of the second critical speed of rotor system in the Bode diagram,and the'double peak value’disappeared.
