摘 要:目的探讨产科新护士规范化培训课程在产科新护士中的应用效果,以期为其培养提供理论依据和实践指引。方法选取2016年7月至2017年8月在四川省三所护士规范化培训基地参加产科规范化培训的42名新护士作为研究对象,对其进行为期6个月的培训。分别在培训前(入科时)、后(出科考核时)通过问卷调查法对其培训效果进行评价。结果培训后,自我管理能力、专业知识、专业技能等维度与培训前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统的规范化培训课程的应用有助于提高产科护士岗位胜任力。To investigate the application effects of the standardized training course for new obstetric nurses in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidelines for obstetrical trainings.We selected 42 new nurses who participated in the obstetric trainings in the three different standardized training bases in Sichuan province from July 2016 to August 2017.We provided a six-month training for the selected nurses.We evaluated the training results by using questionnaire surveys at the beginning and the end of training.After training,self-management ability,professional knowledge and professional skills of the nurses were statistically significant from before training(P<0.05).The standardized training curriculum system helps to improve the obstetric nurses post competency.
