摘 要:目的探讨视觉艺术训练提升护理学硕士研究生临床观察能力的效果。方法将护理专业2016级29名专业型硕士研究生和19名学术型硕士研究生分别作为教改组和对照组。两组均给予2个课时临床观察能力培训,教改组在此基础上给予4个学时视觉艺术训练,以课外研学的形式进行。在对教改组实施视觉艺术训练之后,两组分别对5张临床图片进行观察描述。结果教改组对临床图片的描述得分为(29.40±3.90)分,对照组得分为(19.18±3.82)分,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论视觉艺术训练有利于提升护理硕士研究生的临床观察能力及护理诊断能力。Objective To explore the effect of visual art training(VAT)on improving the clinical observation ability of nursing master students.Methods Totally 29 clinic-oriented nursing master students and 19 research-oriented nursing master students enrolled in 2016 were regarded as a teaching reform group and a control group respectively.The two groups received clinical observation ability training for 2 hours,the teaching reform group additionally received VAT for 4 hours in the form of extracurricular research.After the VAT training,5 clinical pictures were observed and described by the two groups.Results The description score for the clinical picture by the teaching reform group was(29.40±3.90),while it was(19.18±3.82)by the control group,and there was significant difference between the score of the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Visual art training is conducive to improving the clinical observation ability and nursing diagnostic ability of nursing master students.
