西部农林院校研究生教育的形势·机遇与策略——以西北农林科技大学为例

摘　　要：以西北农林科技大学研究生教育为切入点,根据其学科、导师队伍、生源质量和国际化教育等发展基础和存在问题等现状,从国家重视高度、"三农"问题的破解、"一带一路"战略、农业科技变革等4个方面寻求共性的机遇和突破点,着力采取学位授权点动态调整、招生制度改革、过程培养优化、质量保障体系建设等策略,不断提高西部农林高校学位与研究生教育质量。Based on the development foundation and existing problems of discipline,supervisor team,matriculate quality,international education of Northwest A&F University graduate education,we sought common opportunities and breakthroughs from the degree of importance of the state,the cracking of issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers,the strategy of Belt and Road Initiative and the transformation of agricultural science and technology.And we took strategy of adjusting the degree authorization centers dynamically,reforming enrollment system,optimizing the process of cultivate,constructing quality guarantee system to continuously improve the quality of graduate education of western agriculture and forestry university.
