摘 要:机械弹性储能系统在运行过程中需要精确的位置跟踪控制来确认其储能量,同时储能箱的转矩和转动惯量随着储能过程的进行连续变化,需要控制系统能够迅速调节电机的输出转矩以匹配储能箱在运行过程中逐渐增加的反转矩,同时能有效抑制储能箱转动惯量变化对控制性能的影响,以保证储能系统的效率和安全。本文采用指数遗忘法算法估计储能箱时变参数,结合估计值,设计以转角、转矩、磁链为虚拟控制变量的反推控制器,控制逆变器驱动电机运行。仿真表明,该方法能保证储能系统位置的精确控制和电机输出转矩的快速响应,同时系统参数变化变化对控制性能的影响很小,能量储存过程平稳。Mechanical elastic energy storage system,in its running process,needs a precise position tracking control strategy to confirm its stored energy.Meanwhile,as the torque and moment of inertia of its storage box continuously change during this process,the control system has to rapidly adjust output torque of generators to match the gradually increasing inversing torque of storage box in the working process,and control the influence of the moment of inertia of the energy storage box on the control performance,ensuring the efficiency and safety of the energy storage system.Based on the estimated value of time-varying parameters of energy storage box by using exponential forgetting algorithms,the paper designs a back-stepping controller with angle,torque and flux linkage as virtual control variables to run generators by controlling inverters.The simulation results show that the method can ensure the accurate control of the position tracking of the energy storage system and the fast response of the motor output torque.Besides,the influence of parameter change on the control system can be effectively suppressed and the energy storage process is stable.
