摘 要:针对多级行星齿轮变速器故障诊断问题,提出了一种基于灰色关联度和熵权重的行星齿轮变速器故障诊断方法;通过对多级行星齿轮的振动测试信号进行各级啮合故障频率n倍频计算灰色关联系数,运用熵权法确定各级啮合故障频率n倍频幅值客观权重,通过计算加权关联度进行故障判断;然后分析第一阶故障主频边频进一步分析故障部件;通过实验研究对方法有效性进行了验证。试验结果显示,该方法可用于多级行星齿轮系统故障的识别,还可以进一步分析耦合故障特性。研究对于进行多级行星齿轮变速器故障诊断、确定检修顺序、制定合理维修决策等方面具有加强的工程意义。For better understanding fault diagnosis about the multistage planetary transmission,a fault diagnosis method for planetary gear transmission with the grey correlation and entropy weight is presented in the current research.After calculation on the gray relational coefficient about the every meshing fault frequency of each stage for the multistage planetary gear transmission,by using the entropy method the weights of those parameters are determined and the weighted correlation degrees are calculated.Then the fault is diagnosed and the faulty component could be determined by Side frequency effect of fault dominant frequency continuously,which is validated by the experiments.And the experimental results showed that this method could be used for the identification of faults in multistage planetary gear system,also could be good to further analysis about the characteristics of coupled faults.The research would be better for the fault diagnosis of multi stage planetary gear transmission,the determination of maintenance sequence and the formulation of reasonable maintenance decision.
