摘　　要：职业技能竞赛对职业学校的教学改革和技术创新起到了极为重要的引领作用,推动了人才培养模式的不断创新、促进了课程体系建设、教学内容改革、教学团队和教学资源库建设。其在学生综合能力和素质考核方面更加重要,极大地激发学生的自主学习能力和创新意识,全面提高教学质量。Vocational Technical College,Huainan 232001)Abstract:Vocational skills competition plays a very important leading role on the teaching reform and the technoliocgal innovation of the vocational college.It promotes the continuous innovation of the talents training mode,the curriculum syste m construction,the teaching content reform and the construction of the teaching team and the teaching resources.It is wort h highlighting that the vocational skills competition is pretty important on the comprehensive ability and quality assessment of the students.These competitions can greatly stimulate students’self-learning abilities and innovation consciousness,and imprvoe the overall teaching quality.
