摘　　要：随着智能手机的迅速普及,移动互联网的飞速发展,移动学习顺应泛在学习和混合学习的浪潮已经成为"互联网+教育"背景下新的趋势。微信和微信公众平台作为新媒体时代的必备工具,为教育领域带来了新的机遇。文章首先分析移动学习资源特点和现状,然后充分挖掘微信和微信公众平台的教学功能和社交优势,提出基于微信的移动学习资源设计原则和设计流程,并以高职电子商务专业课程为例开展移动学习资源库的实践与应用研究,以期为移动学习资源库的设计与开发提供借鉴意义。With the rapid popularization of intelligent mobile phone and the rapid development of mobile Internet,mobile learning has become a new trend under"Internet plus education"background,going well with the tide of ubiquitous learning and blended learning.WeChat and WeChat public platforms,as necessary tools in the new media age,have brought new opportunities for education.This paper first analyzes the characteristics and present situation of mobile learning resources,fully explores the teaching functions and socializing advantages of WeChat and WeChat public platforms,and then puts forward the design principles and procedures of mobile learning resources based on WeChat.Finally,by taking E-commerce course in higher vocational college as an example,this paper shows how to carry out the practice and application of mobile learning resources,with the hope of providing reference for the design and development of mobile learning resources library.
