摘 要:面对经济的全球化,我国的人才需求市场已经发生了很大的变化,作为应用型人才输出机构,高等院校越来越重视人才实际能力的培养,本科生教学已不再仅限于"基础化"的教学,而是需要教师将基础知识理论与专业实际想联系,在教学过程中与学生进行探讨、互动、沟通和交流,让学生充分参与到教学的过程中,成为教学过程的主体,通过教学实例,实现掌握基础知识、提高知识理解和运用知识的目的。因此,深化教学改革,转变教学理念,培养应用型人才,以建构主义学习理论为指导,开展互动式教学,推动有机化学教学的发展具有重要的现实意义。Facing the globalization of economy,the talent demand market in China has already taken great changes,and the higher college,as the applied talent transfusion institutions,pays more and more attention to the culture of practical abilities of talents,and the teaching of undergraduates is not only limited to the basic teaching,and the teachers should combine the basic knowledge with the professional practice,and conduct the study,interaction and communication in the teaching course,and make the students fully take part in the teaching thus realizing the aim of mastering the basic knowledge,improving the knowledge understanding and applying the knowledge by the teaching examples,therefore,we should deepen the teaching reform,transform the teaching ideal,train the applied talents,conduct the interactive teaching guided by the construction of learning therapy,and it is of important realistic significance to promoting the development of organic chemical teaching.
