摘　　要：目的探讨分析以案例库为基础的早期临床医学教育模式在呼吸内科学生实践教学中的具体应用及教学效果。方法根据教学大纲编写呼吸内科案例库,以吉林大学白求恩医学部2012级临床五年制实习学生60名(采用案例库早期导入教学模式)与2011级临床五年制实习学生63名(采用传统教学模式)为研究对象,对2组学生及授课教师进行调查问卷及成绩分析。结果建立完成了集文字图片影像于一体的呼吸内科案例库,包含24个呼吸系统典型疾病案例,案例库早期导入教学模式可以提高学生临床学习兴趣;提高学生早期临床思维能力,缩短学生从理论过渡到临床实践的时间;可以提升教师授课水平,提高教学质量,提高教师的教学热情。结论在呼吸内科教学中早期导入案例库教学方法优于传统的教学方法,适于推广及扩大教学。Objective To study and analyze the specific application and teaching effect of early clinical medical education model based on case base and application in the practical education in the department of respiration medicine.Methods 60 cases of clinical five-system interns in 2012 in Bethune Medical Department of Jilin University(using the early introduction teaching model of case base)and 63 cases of clinical five-system interns in 2011(using the traditional teaching model)were selected as the research objects,and the students and teachers of the two groups were surveyed by the questionnaires,and the scores were analyzed.Results The case data in the department of respiration medicine integrating the words with the images were established,including 24 typical disease cases in the respiration system.Conclusion The early introduction of teaching model based on case base can improve the learning interest of students,improve the early clinical thinking ability,shorten the clinical practice time from therapy to practice,improve the teaching level,teaching quality and teaching enthusiasm of teachers,and the effect of early introduction of teaching method based on case base in the teaching in the department of respiration medicine is better than that of traditional teaching method,and it is suitable for promotion and enlarging teaching.
