摘  要:吸嘴作为清扫车气力输送系统的关键部件,其内流场性能直接决定了吸尘性能,而内流场性能又取决于吸嘴结构,各结构参数的影响存在相互影响.为均衡吸嘴结构参数对吸尘性能的影响,结合实体模型和计算流体动力学对某吸扫式清扫车气力输送系统进行数值仿真分析,借此挖掘吸嘴结构参数与性能指标间的参数关系,以吸尘性能各评价指标同时达到期望范围为目标,对吸嘴结构进行优化设计.结果表明,吸嘴各结构参数对吸尘性能各评价指标的影响相互制约、相互矛盾,获得的最优吸嘴结构参数组合为:吸嘴宽度为100mm,吸管间距为1 238mm,吸尘拓展区高度为45mm,吸嘴肩部夹角为26°.The suction nozzle is the key component of the pneumatic conveying system of the sweeper.The performance of inner flow directly determines the dust collection performance,while the performance of internal flow field depends on the structure of suction nozzle.In order to balance the impact of suction nozzle structure parameters on dust collection performance,the numerical simulation analysis of a suction type sweeper pneumatic conveying system was conducted by combining physical model with computational fluid dynamics,and then the parameter relationship between suction nozzle structure and dust collection performance was built.With the goal of evaluation indexes of dust collection performance reaching to a desired range at the same time,the suction nozzle structure was optimized and designed.The results show that the impact of suction nozzle structure parameters on the evaluation index of dust collection performance is mutually restrained and contradictory.The optimum structure parameters of suction nozzle are as follows:the width of nozzle is 100 mm,the distance between straw is 1 238 mm,the height of dust collection expanding zone is 45 mm,and the angle between suction nozzle and shoulder is 26 degree.
