摘　　要：随着我国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,加强学生宿舍的建设已成为高校后勤社会化改革的一项重要任务,大学生宿舍建设如何适应面临的新形势和新要求是值得我们思索的问题。本文以昆明理工大学呈贡校区恬园学生宿舍为例,从笔者的实际居住感受入手,分析了宿舍的使用情况及存在的问题,并对学生宿舍的规划、设计进行分析、评价,从而对改善大学生宿舍居住质量提出了一些建议。With the vigorous development of higher education in our country,optimizing student dormitory construction has become an important task in socialized reform of highly efficient logistics.How to adapt to the new situation and new demands faced by college dormitory construction are problems that are worth thinking.This paper takes student dormitories of Chenggong Campus in Kunming University of Science and Technology as samples,from the author's actual living experience,and analyzes the use of dormitories and existing problems.It carries out student dormitory planning and design analysis and evaluation,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of college dormitory living quality.
