摘　　要：针对高职院校专业课程在开展项目化教学中存在的教学计划与生产计划相脱节,多门专业课程项目化教学相互冲突,成绩考核与生产绩效难以匹配等问题。提出了根据专业课程对应产业的生产实际改革人才培养模式以利开展项目化教学的建议。阐述了在项目化教学中学生成绩考核评价注重职业精神与职业素质而淡化生产绩效以及在项目化教学单元设计时应该注意的事项。According to specialized courses in higher vocational colleges in the teaching of project teaching plan and pro?duction plan,and the separation of several professional curriculum project teaching conflict,difficult to be matched perfor?mance evaluation and production performance,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to reform the training mode for the project,based on the production practice of the corresponding industry.This paper expounds the importance of the evaluation and evaluation of high school students'achievements in the project teaching and the attention to the work perfor?mance and the design of the project-based teaching unit.
