摘 要:山东大学齐鲁医院自开展住院医师规范化培训(住培)工作以来,在顶层设计方面高度重视,不断探索。通过研究本院的住培制度体系的建立、住培管理体系的完善、质量控制、设置培训助管协助专科管理、打造高质量的师资队伍、以信息化为抓手、推行"11233"评价体系、完善住培标准化流程等多种顶层设计举措,分析、总结所取得的成效,为进一步提高住培质量提供借鉴和参考。This Since the Qilu Hospital of Shandong University started their standardized residency training programs,they have highly valued the importance of top-down design and have been continuously exploring this field.Top-down designs of the training base included the establishment of standardized residency training system of Qilu Hospital,consummating training management systems,quality control,setting up position of training assistants to assist specialty management,building up high-quality teaching staff,implementation of‘11233’evaluation system based on informatization and improving the standardized procetures of residency training.This article analyzed and summarized the achievement of these top-down design mesures,and hoped to offer reference for further development of residency training qualities.
