台湾旅游类高校空乘人才培养的特色与启示——以高雄餐旅大学为例

摘　　要：台湾高校培养的学生以其优秀的综合职业素养和宽广的国际化视域得到世人的认可。本文以台湾旅游类高校空乘人才培养的成功典范——高雄餐旅大学为例,从人文化、专业化、企业化、国际化四个方面论述了该校航空暨运输服务管理系培养专业人才的特色,借鉴了其先进的教育教学理念及措施,并提出了我国旅游类高职院校空乘人才培养质量提升的路径。The students cultivated by Taiwan colleges and universities are recognized by the world with their excellent comprehensive professionalism and broad international views.Taking the flight attendant personnel training in Taiwan National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism as a successful example,this paper discusses the characteristics of cultivating professional talents in the Department of Aviation and Transportation Services Management from the aspects of human culture,specialization,commercialization and internationalization,and suggests that we should learn from its advanced teaching concepts and measures.The path to improve the quality of flight attendant personnel training in Chinese tourism vocational colleges and universities are put forward.
