摘  要:在五年制高职护理专业迅速发展、儿科护士紧缺、儿科护理专业性强的背景下,通过校院合作可以提升护理专业的育人质量,积极培养更适合临床儿科护理工作岗位的技能型人才。校院双方可通过共同探索人才培养模式、重组课程体系、改革理论与实验教学的手段与方法、构建新的评价体系、提升师资力量、加强实训基地建设等路径,建立"校院合作、工学结合"的五年制高职护理儿科方向人才培养的有效机制。Under the background of the rapid development of five-year higher vocational nursing major,the shortage of pediatric nurses and the strong professionalism of pediatric nursing,the cooperation between the schools and the hospitals can improve the quality of nursing education,and actively cultivate skilled nurses who are more suitable for clinical pediatric nursing positions.The schools and hospitals can jointly explore the personnel training mode,restructure the curriculum system,reform the theoretical and experimental teaching methods,construct a new evaluation system,improve the teaching faculty,and strengthen the training base construction to establish effective"school-hospital cooperated and work-study integrated”five-year higher vocational personnel training mechanism in pediatric nursing specialty.
