摘  要:为满足培养食品类"卓越工程师"人才的要求,有针对性对食品化学与分析实验进行教学改革。分析了当前课程教学中存在的问题,对教学内容、教学方法、教学态度、考核方式等内容提出改革建议。实践证明,通过改革切实提高了学生的创新精神与实践能力,基本能够满足食品行业应用型"卓越"人才的要求。To meet the requirements of cultivating talents for“excellent engineers“in the food category,Targeted teaching reforms in food chemistry and analytical experiments was carried out.Analyzed the problems existing in the current curriculum teaching,and put forward reform proposals on the teaching content,teaching methods,teaching attitude,assessment methods and so on.Practice had proved that through reforms,students'creative spirit and practical ability had been effectively improved,and they could basically meet the requirements of“excellent”talents in the food industry.
