摘　　要：教师的师德师风直接影响着学校的教学质量和学生的健康成长,本文通过分析高职体育教师应具备的职业道德规范及现实中的一些不良现象,提出了相应的改进措施。Teacher's morality has a direct impact on the teaching quality and the students'healthy growth of a college.This paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures by analyzing the professional moral standards that higher vocational sports teachers should have and some bad phenomena in reality.
