摘　　要：由于科学技术的日新月异发展,翻译逐渐从外语中剥离出来,带着职业化时代的显著特征,从"书房"进入了"作坊"。翻译活动成为了"作坊"式的团队合作,因此高校从前的学术界的独狼式教学很难适应翻译职业化的需求。翻译团队建设十分必要。笔者在我校的科研培育平台的支持下,组建了一个翻译团队从事翻译研究、翻译语料库建设、翻译实践活动等等。本文论述了组建翻译团队的必要性,翻译团队建设措施、成果以及今后的努力的方向。With the development of scientific technology,translation is gradually coming off foreign languages with obvious professionalized features.Translation activities move into a workshop,and need a team cooperation to finish.If teachers in colleges and universities continue to use the former academic lone wolf translation teaching methods,they will be difficult to meet the requirements of the professionalized translation.Therefore building a translation team is very important.With the support of our school's research and cultivation platform,a translation team has been built to perform some translation studies,to carry out construction of translation corpus and some translation practical activities and so on.This paper focuses on the necessity,strategies,achievements and the direction of future efforts of building a translation team.
