摘　　要：专业英语是应用本科工科专业的必修课。为调动学生对本门课程学习的积极性,提高专业英语的教学质量,在分析了应用本科工科专业英语教学现状的基础上,本文结合教学实践,基于建构主义学习理论对工科专业英语教学方法进行了深入的探讨。Professional English is a required course in engineering majors.In order to boost the students'enthusiasm for learning professional English and improve the teaching quality,in this article,the teaching status of professional English about application-oriented engineering college majors were analyzed,and teaching methods of professional English for engineering majors were also well discussed on basis of combining with the teaching practice and learning theory of constructivism.
