三级甲等医院护士死亡态度现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的调查青岛市两所三级甲等医院护士的死亡态度现状,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法采用护士一般资料问卷和中文版死亡态度描绘量表(修订版)对242名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士死亡态度得分为(3.21±0.15)分,5个维度得分分别为自然接受(4.31±0.33)分、趋近接受(3.55±0.15)分、逃避接受(2.97±0.29)分、死亡逃避(2.80±0.27)分和死亡恐惧(2.41±0.25)分。多元逐步回归分析显示,影响护士死亡态度的主要因素有护龄、宗教信仰和是否接受过死亡教育或培训。结论多数护士对死亡持正向的接受态度,死亡态度主要影响因素为护龄、宗教信仰和是否接受过死亡教育或培训,护理管理者应充分考虑以上影响因素,构建护士死亡教育模式,提高优质护理服务质量。Objective To investigate the status and analyze its influencing factors of attitude to death in two 3A-level hospitals in Qingdao.Methods A total of 242 nurses were investigated with general information questionnaire and the Chinese version of Death Attitude Profile-Revised(DAP-R).Results The average score of attitude to death of nurses was(3.21±0.15),and the dimension scores from high to low were neutral acceptance(4.31±0.33),approach acceptation(3.55±0.15),escape acceptance(2.97±0.29),death avoidance(2.80±0.27)and fear of death(2.41±0.25).Multi-regression analysis indicated that nursing year,religious beliefs and whether received death education were the influencing factors of attitude to death for nurses.Conclusion Most nurses'attitude of death towards acceptance,the main influencing factors were nursing year,religious beliefs and whether received death education.Nursing managers should fully consider the above factors,build the nurse death education mode,finally improve the quality of nursing service.
