摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的持续深入,以培养技术技能型人才为核心的职业技术教育进入创新驱动发展的新时代。对此,分析教学设备研发的背景及所在学院现状,总结教学设备研发对教师"工匠精神"的养成、研发团队的形成、学生专业素养的培养以及校企合作的深入和良性发展的意义。With the deepening of the reform and open policy,vocational and technical education is striding into a new,innovation-driven era,with the cultivation of skilled and technical talents as its core task.This paper analyzes the R&D background of practical teaching equipment and the status quo,and summarizes the significance of R&D work to teachers’“Craftsman Spirit”,the building of the R&D team,the cultivation of the students'professional quality,and the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
