摘  要:目的:对乳及乳制品中β-内酰胺酶的两种快速检测方法进行对比,并以杯碟法作为参比方法,探求准确、快速和可靠的检测方法。方法:分别采用华安麦科β-内酰胺酶快速检测试纸条和Charmβ-内酰胺酶检测试剂盒对150份乳制品进行β-内酰胺酶检测,通过与国家指定方法杯碟法比较两种快速检测方法的检出率,进一步确证定性方法性能指标。结果:两种快速检测试剂盒均无假阴性样品出现,其中Charm检测试剂盒与国家指定方法有较好的相关性和一致性,可选用Charm检测试剂盒作为对大批量样品快速筛查的方法。Objective:To compare twoβ-lactamase rapid detection kits in dairy products contrasting cylinder plate method as a control,and find out a accurate,rapid and reliable method.Methods:β-lactamases in 150 dairy products were detected by using Huaan Magnech strip test kit and Charm kit.The two rapid detection methods were compared with the national designated cylinder plate method,and further confirmed the qualitative method performance index.Results:Two rapid detection kits did not appear false negative samples,and Charm kit as a rapid screening method for large batch samples has good relevance and consistency with the country designated method.
