摘  要:为了优化中心分级燃烧室最佳匹配旋流器结构,借助燃油稳态逐次逼近法,通过改变旋流器旋向组合和安装角得到13种旋流器结构,借助数值模拟分析了不同旋流器结构对中心分级燃烧室贫油熄火影响。结果表明:贫油熄火过程中,主燃区温度场形状凹陷,贫油熄火后高温区并未消失,中心回流区整体尺寸变大;随着第1、2级叶片安装角增大,熄火油气比降低,且第2级降幅略大于第1级;随着主燃级叶片安装角增大,熄火油气比逐渐增加;第1、2级旋流器方向不同,主燃级与第2级旋向相同时,贫油熄火性能更好;最佳结构为第1、2级方向相反,第2级与主燃级相同,第1、2级和主燃级安装角分别为70°、45°和60°;贫油熄火试验结果与计算结果吻合较好。In order to optimize the structure of the best matching swirler in the central staged combustion chamber,13 kinds of swirler structures were obtained by changing the rotation direction and installation angle of the cyclone,using the steady state approximation method of the fuel.Through numerical simulation analysis,the effect of the swirler structure on lean blow-out of the central staged combustors was investigated.The results show that,the shape of temperature field in the main combustion zone gradually sag during the lean blow-out process,the high temperature zone still exists after flameout occurred,and the central recirculation zone of axial and radial size gradually increases.As the installation angle of the first and second blade increases,the lean blowout fuel air ratio decreases,and that for the second blade decreases greater.With an increase in the main combustion stage blade angle,the lean blowout gas oil ratio increases gradually.The first and second stage cyclone has different swirling directions.When the swirling direction of the main combustion stage is the same as that of the second stage,the lean blow-out performance is better.The best structure for the cyclone is that the first and second stage has the opposite swirling direction and the main combustion stage has the same swirling direction with the second stage,meanwhile,the installation angle of the first,second and main combustion stage is 70°,45°and 60°,respectively.The lean blowout test results are in good agreement with the calculated results.
