摘　　要：研究了玉米淀粉生产酒精的可行性,并和木薯酒精进行了工艺比较,以期能为工厂提供理论和实践指导。研究表明,使用玉米淀粉生产酒精在生产与技术方面上是可行的,主要需要考虑成本问题,当玉米淀粉与木薯价格比为1.3时,酒精生产成本相当。The feasibility of using corn starch to produce ethanol was explored,and its production process was compared with alcohol production by cassava starch,which provided theoretical and practical guidance for alcohol-producing enterprises.The research results suggested that using corn starch to produce ethanol was feasible in practice,and production cost was the main concerned issue.As the price ratio of corn starch and cassava was 1.3,their production cost was almost the same.
