校企合作模式下的商务日语教学改革

摘　　要：校企合作是学校与企业建立的一种合作模式,不仅能更准确地把握社会、企业对人才的要求,而且还能有针对性地培养社会所需人才。从商务日语课程的特点出发,结合对该课程的问卷调查,探讨校企合作模式下商务日语课程教学改革的方向,以培养出更多更适应社会需求的商务日语人才。School-enterprise cooperation refers to a cooperative model established between the school and the enterprise.As a bridge connecting the school and the enterprise,it can not only precisely reflect the society's and the enterprises'requirements for the talents,but also cultivate the tailored talents for the society.From the essential characteristics of the Business Japanese courses,according to the questionnaire survey for the courses,this paper discusses the direction of business Japanese teaching reform under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation so as to cultivate more business Japanese talents to meet the needs of society.
