摘 要:将CDIO工程教育理念运用到化工专业实训教学中,培养社会和企业需要的高素质工程人才。从实践课程存在的主要问题出发,进行基于CDIO教育模式的化工专业实训的教学改革实践,明确适应岗位职业素质和能力的实践教学目标,使企业文化与教育深层次对接,利用CDIO理念设计开发实训教学项目作为实践课程教学改革的切入点,教师指导学生开展项目活动,在协作的学习环境中"做中学",以团队方式解决实际问题,体现"以学为中心"的过程性评价和终结性评价相结合的实践课程评价机制考评学生的CDIO全过程的能力。The education concept of CDIO is applied to the teaching of chemical specialty to cultivate the high quality engineering talents that society and enterprises need.Starting from the main problems of practical courses,based on CDIO education mode of chemical professional training teaching reform practice,the paper defined job practice teaching of professional quality and ability to adapt to the target,made the butt joint of the enterprise culture and education.Using the CDIO concept design development project practice teaching as the breakthrough of the practice teaching reform,teachers guide students to carry out the project activities,in the collaborative learning environment,“learning by doing”in the team to solve practical problems,reflect the process of“learning centered”evaluation and the combination of summative evaluation practice curriculum evaluation mechanism for examination and assessment of the students’ability of the whole process of CDIO.
