摘　　要："走动式管理"理论能给高校辅导员工作带来重要启示。高校辅导员工作运用"走动式管理",可以彰显平等性、突出现场性和提高实效性。借鉴"走动式管理"理论建立端正目的性、落实全面性、强化在场性的高校辅导员工作的创新思维。The theory of“management by walking around”brings significant enlightenment for the work of college counselors.By adopting the practice of“management by walking around”,college instructors’work can show the equality,highlight th e field mobility and improve the effectiveness.This paper constructs an innovat ive model for the work of college counselors of having the right purpose,implem enting comprehensiveness and strengthening the presence.
