摘  要:大学生村官工作满意度与激励机制是大学生村官计划实施中的重要问题。基于对苏北地区大学生村官的社会调查,认为影响苏北地区大学生村官工作满意度的影响因素主要包括工作环境、劳动报酬、工作内容、人际关系等,并指出苏北地区大学生村官计划的激励机制存在模式单一、角色困境、薪酬不高、晋升不畅、考核不严等问题。为此,从手段激励、角色激励、薪酬激励、晋升激励、考核激励五个方面提出了具体的优化决策。The job satisfaction and incentive mechanism of college-graduates village officials are important problems in the implementation of college-graduates village officials’plan.Based on the social survey of northern Jiangsu college-graduates village officials,the paper points out that the influence factors of job satisfaction of college-graduates village officials mainly include the work environment,labor remuneration,work content,interpersonal relationship,etc.It also points out several problems in the incentive mechanism of college-graduates village officials’plan in northern Jiangsu province,for example,single model,role predicament,low salary,not smooth promotion,not strict examination,etc.Therefore,this paper puts forward specific incentive approaches from five aspects:means incentive,role incentive,payment incentive,promotion incentive and preference incentive.
