摘  要:对扬州市150余名幼儿教师进行了基本情况、职业生存情况和专业成长发展情况调查。结果显示,扬州市幼儿教师队伍结构不合理,数量存在缺口,教师流动性大,教师专业素养有待提高,教师发展平台和有效支撑不足。提出了规范师资配备、提高教师的社会地位和福利待遇、健全培训机制等建议。This paper conducts a survey of over 150 preschool teachers’basic information,survival situation and professional growth and development.The result shows that there exist the following problems in the kindergarten teachers’team of Yangzhou city,such as unreasonable structure of kindergarten teachers’team,lack of kindergarten teachers,large mobility,lower teachers’professional quality,and lack of development platform and effective support.Meanwhile,it comes up with some corresponding suggestions on the above problems,including standardizing the teaching staff,improving the social status and welfare of preschool teachers and perfecting the training mechanism,etc.
