摘　　要：实验室是高校学生主要的活动场所之一,其管理好坏直接影响着教学质量和学生的培养质量。本科生导师制是一种在本科生中实施的一种以提高学生能力为目的制度。依据我校实验室存在的问题,结合自身的情况,本化学实验室建立了本科生导师制模式,该制度提高了我校化学实验室的运行效率,提高了学生的动手能力、创新能力,加强了师生间的沟通,具有可操作性,值得推广。The laboratory is a main activity site for college students.The quality of the teaching and the students are directly affected by the management of the laboratory.Undergraduate tutorial system is a kind of system to improve students ability.According to the problems and situation in our laboratory,a tutorial system for undergraduates was established.The system improved the operation efficiency of our chemical laboratory,students practical ability and innovation ability.And the system strengthened the communication between teachers and students.It was operable and worthy of promotion.
