摘  要:目的探讨"早临床、多临床、反复临床"预实习模式用于妇产科见习的可行性及优越性。方法 2016年2—6月在该院参加妇产科理论教学的临床本科医学生152名随机分为观察组(40名)和对照组(112名)。观察组采用预实习教学模式进行妇产科见习,对照组采用传统见习模式。用形成性评价与终结性评价相结合的方式评估教学效果。结果观察组学生在提高临床思维能力、熟悉妇产科专科检查、熟悉诊疗过程、加强医患沟通能力、认知医疗工作环境和提高专业操作技能6个方面满意率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);课后作业评价分析显示,观察组学生中"A"等的比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);期末考试成绩分析显示,观察组学生在考察临床综合分析能力相关的题型上得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "早临床、多临床、反复临床"预实习模式极大提高了学生临床思维能力和操作能力,在妇产科见习中具有较大的优势,可推广用于妇产科学教学实践中,对培养高水平的医学专业人才尤为适用。Objective To investigate the feasibility and advantages of“pre-internship mode of early clinic,multiple clinic and repeated clinic”,used in the probation of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 152 clinical undergraduate students participating in the theoretical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from February to June 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group(40 cases)and control group(112 cases).The observation group adopted the pre-internship mode for carrying out the probation of obstetrics and gynecology,while the control group adopted the conventional probation mode.The teaching effects were evaluated by using the mode of formation assessment combined with summative assessment.Results The satisfaction degree of the observation was higher than that in the control group in 6 aspects of increasing the clinical thinking ability,knowing well the obstetric and gynecological special examinations,familiar with the diagnosis and treatment process of obstetrics and gynecology,strengthening the doctor-patient communication ability,cognizing the medical working environment and increasing professional operating skill,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The homework assessment analysis showed that the proportion in the observation group getting“A”was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The analysis of theory exam results at the term end showed that the scores of question type related with inspecting clinical compre-hensive analysis ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-internship mode of Early Clinic,Multiple Clinic and Repeated Clinic extremely increases clinical thinking ability and operating ability of the students,has the great advantage in the probation of obstetrics and gynecology,can be popularized and applied in
