摘  要:针对传统车台在固定方向的运动,设计了一种智能循迹万向车台。该车台采用单片机AT89S52作为控制处理器,L9110芯片作为电机驱动处理器,路径信息由反射式红外光电传感器获取,按照路径信息中黑线的位置来调整车台的运动情况。结果表明,此车台能够实现自循迹功能,根据红外光接收差值信息有效地控制其避免障碍物。车台的运行状态可由遥控器遥控,并可以在自动循迹与红外遥控2种运行模式之间自由切换,具有运行可靠稳定、控制精度高等优点,在舞台技术创新和现代舞台秀场方面有很好的应用前景。In consideration of the traditional mobile radio′s movement in the fixed direction,a kind of intelligent tracking universal mobile radio has been designed.Adopting AT89S52 single chip microcomputer and L9110 chip as the control processor and the motor driver processor respectively,the mobile radio can capture the path information via a reflex infrared photoelectric sensor,adjust the movement of mobile radio according to the black line position in the path information,offer the self-tracking function and avoid the obstacle effectively on the basis of the difference information received by infrared light.The operating state of mobile radio can be controlled by remote controller in the distance,moreover,it will switch back and forth between the automatic tracking and infrared remote control.With the reliable&stable operation,high control accuracy and other advantages,the mobile radio has a promising prospect in the aspect of stage′s technical innovation and modern stage show field.
