摘 要:对14个观赏牡丹栽培品种和油用牡丹主打品种"凤丹"及紫斑牡丹的结籽特性和出油率进行了调查和比较,采用超临界CO2萃取法提取牡丹籽油,使用气质联用色谱法(GS-MS)对其脂肪酸成分进行分析.结果表明:不同品种牡丹的单株产量、出籽率、种仁出油率、牡丹籽油不饱和脂肪酸含量等均存在明显差异.其中,小叶紫、香玉和如花似玉可以作为油用兼观赏的牡丹品种;如花似玉、蝴蝶报春、天香紫、小叶紫和香玉的α-亚麻酸含量较高,可以作为培育高α-亚麻酸含量油用牡丹品种的重要亲本;香玉、翡翠荷花、小叶紫、紫菊、紫燕凌空出籽率较高,可以作为培育高产油用兼观赏牡丹品种的重要亲本.This paper investigates and compares seed properties and oil yield from 14 kinds of ornamental peony and oil peony.The peony seed oil is extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction,and the composition of fatty acids is analyzed by GC(GS-MS).The result shows significant differences in yield per plant,seed yield,kernel oil yield and unsaturated fatty acid content of peony seed oil of different types of peony.Xiaoyezi,Xiangyu and Ruhuasiyu can be used as both oil and ornamental peonies.Theα-linolenic acid content of Ruhuasuyu,Hudiebaochun,Tianxiangzi,Xiaoyezi and Xiangyu are significantly higher than the others,so they can be used as key parental materials for cultivating oil peonies with highα-linolenic acid content.Xiangyu,Feicuihehua,Xiaoyezi,Ziju,and Ziyanlingkong can be used as?parental materials for cultivating oil and ornamental peonies with higher yield.
