辽宁高职校园足球发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：通过对辽宁省高职院校足球运动开展的实际情况进行调查研究,深入地了解高职校园足球发展现状,通过调查分析找出制约校园足球运动开展的因素。制约因素主要有:足球队选才困难;足球教练执教能力偏低;训练和竞赛机制滞后。并针对存在的问题提出几点建议:建立校园足球课余训练体系;提高教练员的训练能力和执教水平;开展多元化竞赛活动。Through the survey and research on the actual situation of football sports in Liaoning higher vocational colleges,it has a deep understanding about the development situation of higher vocational campus football,and finds out the elements restricting the football activities.The elements include:the difficult selection of football players,the low teaching ability of coaches,and the backward training and competition mechanism.Suggestions aiming at the existing problems are provided to establish a campus football after-school training system,improve the coaches'training ability and teaching level,and carry out diversified competition activities.
