摘  要:目的探讨病例导入式教学在普外科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月—2018年3月参与我院普外科临床见习教学的50名医学生作为研究对象,以见习小组为单位,将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予传统教学法,观察组给予病例导入式教学法,比较两种教学法的作用效果。结果观察组实习生的病例分析试题得分、试题总分均高于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的理论基础试题评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论病例导入式教学有助于提高普外科实习生的知识掌握情况,并有助于提升学生的综合素质,对提升教学质量具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of case introduction teaching in clinical probation teaching in Department of general surgery.Methods 50 medical students who participated in clinical internship teaching in department of general surgery from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the probation group.In the control group,the traditional teaching method was given.The observation group was given the teaching method of case introduction.The effect of the two teaching methods was compared.Results The score of the case analysis and the total score of the test group in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of theoretical basis score(P>0.05).Conclusion Case introduction teaching helps to improve the knowledge of department of general surgery interns,and helps improve students'comprehensive quality.It has positive significance for improving teaching quality.
