摘 要:职业教育与培训的成本极高,仅靠政府的拨款或学生学费都很难达到所需的培训质量,因此探索多方合作的成本分担机制十分重要。根据澳大利亚职业教育特色,分析政府、雇主、学校、个人在职业技术教育与培训活动中所做的资金贡献及成本分担的特色,并提出发挥政府的主导作用、培育伙伴关系和设立专项基金、鼓励个人积极追加投资等建议。The costs of vocational education and training(VET)are so substantial that it is difficult to achieve the desired training effectiveness just depending on government funding or student tuition Therefore,it is very important to design a multi-cooperated mechanism for the cost sharing According to the characteristics of VET in Australia,this article analyzes the contribution of government,employers,college and individuals in VET,and gives some suggestions such as playing the leading role of the government,fostering partnerships and special funds,and encouraging individual investment in VET.
