摘　　要：以海南信息素质教育平台为例,集中探讨基于构建主义理论的在线信息素质教育平台的构建,以期为中国高校在线信息素质教育发展提供参考和借鉴。Based on the constructivism learning theory,combined with the teaching experience of web,and taking the platform of online information literacy education of Hainan for example,this paper focuses on how to construct a perfect platform of Online Information Literacy Education based on the constructivism learning theory.It will provide the reference for the development of Online Information Literacy Education in China.
