美国汉学家傅恩英译《花间集》的“词体”再现——俄国形式主义的视角

摘　　要：俄国形式主义认为形式高于内容,形式是使文学作品不同于其他体裁作品的决定性因素。但形式主义者对形式的重视与"重内容轻形式"的传统文学观念相异,同时也很难在翻译界获得认同。以美国汉学家傅恩《花间集》译本为例,探讨俄国形式主义形式观给词体翻译带来的积极意义,能够拓宽翻译研究的思路,并给中国的古词英译带来一些启示。Russian formalism holds that form is more important than content and form is the decisive factor that distinguishes literary works from other ones.But formalists pay more attention to the form,which is different from the traditional literary concept of“content is more important than form”.At the same time,it is difficult to gain recognition in the translation circle.With the American Sinologist Lois Fusek’s rendition of Among the Flowers,the Hua-chien Chi as an example,the positive significance of Russian formalist idea of“Form/Content”on Tzu’s translation has been illustrated.It has been found that Russian formalist idea of“Form/Content”can broaden the thinking in translation studies and give some enlightenment on Chinese Tzu’s translation.
