摘　　要：传承文化是华人华侨维系族群文化认同,促进族群凝聚力,增进与祖籍国情感的纽带。弘扬中华文化是华文教育的一部分,对于大华语圈的文化认同起着重要作用。本文采用问卷调查的研究方法,对马来西亚华文教师文化才艺培训班的基本情况、教学状况以及培训需求进行了调查和研究。通过问卷分析,了解教师在教学中的困难和中华文化需求,对短期教师文化培训的原则、文化内容的选取等方面提出了建议。Inheritance culture is the interface of Chinese and overseas Chinese to maintain ethnic culture,promote the cohesion of ethnic groups,and enhance the ties with the feelings of the country of origin.It plays an important role in the cultural identity of the big language circle.This paper investigates and studies the basic situation,teaching situation and training needs of Malaysian Chinese teachers’cultural talent training course by means of questionnaires.Through the questionnaire analysis,it helps to understand the difficulties of teachers in teaching and Chinese cultural needs,short-term teacher culture training principles,cultural selection,classroom form and other aspects of the proposed recommendations.
