摘　　要：通过相关文献资料的阅读、与企业人事交流,总结构成高职学生就业胜任能力的因素,通过发放调查问卷,收集相关数据,运用因子分析法和加权平均法,构建了人力资源视角下定量评价高职学生就业胜任能力的评价体系,并提出了提高就业胜任能力的建议。Through literature review and communication with HR in enterprises,this article sums up the factors of vocational college students'employment competency.Through the distribution of questionnaire,collecting relevant data,using factor analysis method and weighted average method,this paper constructs evaluation system of vocational college students'employment competency under the perspectives of HR and also provides some suggestions on how to improve vocational college students'employment competency.
