摘　　要：成人医学高等教育需要建设符合学习者需求的网络课程,来让更多的学习者获得更好的学习资源和环境,以实现终身学习的愿望。本文分析了成人医学生的学习现状和网络课程的建设现状,总结了网络课程对促进教学工作和提高教学质量的作用,探索了创新完善网络课程的建设,以不断提高医学成人教育的教学质量,以满足社会和时代对医学成人教育发展的要求。Adult higher medical education need to construct online courses in order to meet the demand of learners.Let more learners get better learning resources and environment,to achieve our lifelong learning.This article analyzes the study status of adult medical students and the construction of online courses present situation,summarizes the advantage of online courses to promote the role of teaching and improving teaching quality.It is to explore the innovation and to improve the teaching quality of medical adult education,in order to meet the social and times requirements for the development of medical adult education.
