摘 要:目的探讨临床实习阶段骨科教学翻转课堂中3D打印技术运用对教学效果的影响。方法选取2009级和2011级八年制临床医学专业50名学员,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各25名学员。实验组采取基于3D打印技术的"翻转课堂"的教学方法,对照组采用传统教学方法进行教学。通过闭卷考试和问卷调查的方式评价教学效果,并对两组教学效果进行对比。结果闭卷考试评估中,实验组得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查,实验组学员在学习兴趣、学习效率、提高分析解决能力、提高临床思维能力、提高理论联系实际能力、团队合作能力、语言沟通能力和综合能力培养等八个方面均优于对照组学员。结论采用基于3D打印技术的"翻转课堂"教学,效果显著优于传统的教学方法。Objective To explore the effect of 3D printing technology on teaching effect in Department of orthopedics teaching flip classroom at clinical practice stage.Methods 50 students from grade 2009 and grade 2011 eight year clinical medicine department were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,25 students in each group.The experimental group adopted the teaching method of“Inverted Classroom”based on 3D printing technology,while the control group used traditional teaching methods.The teaching effect was evaluated through closed book test and questionnaire survey,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The score of closed book examination in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the result was statistically significant(P<0.05).Through the questionnaire survey,the students in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group in eight aspects,such as learning interest,learning efficiency,improving the ability of analysis and solving,improving the ability of thinking,improving the ability to contact the actual theory,the ability of team cooperation,the ability of language communication,and the training of comprehensive ability.Conclusion The effect of flipped classroom teaching based on 3D printing technology is much better than the traditional teaching methods.
