滁州市中职学校师资队伍建设的困境与出路

摘　　要：文章通过对滁州市中职学校的教学视导中发现的师资队伍建设问题的分析与梳理,指出当前做好中职学校师资队伍建设的根本出路在于创新教师专业发展机制,构建教师培养培训体系,强化教师实践教学能力,搭建教师科研创新平台。The paper explores and analyses the difficulties and solutions of constructing the faculty team in secondary vocational school in Chuzhou city,indicates that the fundamental way out for constructing the faculty team in Secondary Vocational School lies in innovating teachers’professional development mechanism,building the teacher training system,strengthening teachers'practical teaching ability,and setting up the innovation platform for the teachers to study and do research.
